Finding a ‘Margin’ (여백)
Adowon183 is a comfort hotel located in Gangwon- do in South Korea. The main goal of this project is to emphasize cosiness and a strong message of mindfulness. The brand concept was to develop a visual identity that feels comfortable and uniqueness one that considers both aspects of the brand and communicated this throughout the identity and web design.
The name ‘Adowon 183’ not only addresses house 'name’ but also implied paradise. Adowon183 is giving a calm place for the who want to rest surrounded by forest. when it comes to the logotype, it visually evokes the natural shape of letters inspired by brunches with a humanist serif typeface. All visual contents are set to preview the friendliness and welcoming of the host.

여백이 있는 날 휴식과 사색이 마련될 수 있는 날 평소에 무심히 지나쳤던 자연과 사물과 사람을 제대로 유심히 바라보며 마음의 문을 열 수 있는 여백이 있는 날 (이해인·수녀 시인, 1945-)에 영감을 받아 자연을 온전히 느낄수있는 공간을 브랜딩 구축 하였습니다. 바쁜 삶에서 벗어난 공간에서의 쉼을 통해 소비자들이 영감과 편안함을 즐길 수 있는 여백이 담긴 브랜드입니다. 전체 기획부터 온라인 웹 기반의 서비스를 기획 및 디자인 하였습니다.
